 5   Sandra Joseph, Special Counsel for the Legal Services
 6   Division.  With me is Phil Sanderson, Director of the
 7   Charitable Bingo Operations Division.
 8                 I would now like to call to order the
 9   public hearing to receive public comments on proposed
10   Charitable Bingo Operations Division Rule 16 TAC
11   §402.402, relating to the Registry of Bingo Workers.
12                 No one has appeared to offer comments
13   this morning.  It is now 10:05, and the hearing was
14   scheduled to begin at 10 o'clock.
