Texas Application for a Temporary License to Conduct Charitable Bingo (Regular License Holder)

Apply for Temporary Licenses with Requested Dates and Times Note: Complete this group of forms if your organization currently holds a regular license to conduct charitable bingo and you wish to apply for up to 12 temporary licenses (per application) with dates and times. A regular licensed organization may conduct no more than 24 temporary occasions of bingo within each 12 month period of their regular licensed period.

Note: Complete the application form to apply for up to 12 temporary license(s)(per application) without specific date and time. Use the Notice form to advise the Commission of the date(s) and time(s) of previously approved temporary license. A regular licensed organization may conduct no more than 24 temporary occasions of bingo within each 12 month period of their regular licensed period.
