MOBILE CLAIMS
Mobile Claims is a new way for our players to validate their winning tickets from the convenience of their mobile phone. Currently, our players check their tickets using the official Texas Lottery® App. When an eligible winning ticket is scanned, with a prize value of $600-$5000, the app will present the player with the option to use “Mobile Claims” to redeem their prize. This option is easy to use:
- First, the player scans their valid ticket using the Check My Ticket function.
- If the ticket has a prize valued from $600-$5000, the player will be given the option to claim the prize using the Mobile App.
- The player then chooses the Mobile Claim option and will be instructed to Log in or Register.
Once a claim is submitted through Mobile Claims, a player will receive the prize payment by direct deposit using Zelle®. A new or existing Zelle® account will be required to receive the deposit. Tickets submitted for claims between 10 pm and 2 am will experience a delay in processing.
